How Can severe Headache Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

I hit my head on a barbeque grill while bending over to pick something up and when attempting to raise you hit it pretty hard back in June of 2013. Every since it feel like warm fluid under my scalp and running down right side of face and into right ear. Have headaches when it does this and severe dizziness. Be to E R several times and eve neurologist . Plus several MRI s and they said it s nothing there that I need to seek a psych dr. But I m not crazy . It s to the point I can drive cause it sometimes feel like I m about to pass out . What could be wrong? It s been 4 years and I need some help/ amswers

it can be concusion or just shaking of brain. other wise there is to be observed for head injury like nausea and vomiting. in your case MRI has alredybeen taken and head injury ruled out nothing more is requered. you will recover completely.
